Philippines: Super Typhoon Fung-wong Causes Flooding and Leaves Damage 2

Fung-wong, known locally as Uwan, made landfall around 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 9 in Aurora Province, with winds of around 185 km/h. Over a million people had evacuated as heavy rains and strong winds cut power across Luzon. At least 18 people were killed, according to reports.
